Emiko Hall, MA Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee
The Hope of Peace Within and Between
As a natural peacemaker, my life and specialized training has focused on how to find resolutions, if not some form of reconciliation, in seemingly irreconcilable conflicts, whether between people (inter-personal) or within themselves (intra-personal).
Respecting all walks of life, regardless of faith and identity, I have been helping individuals, families, and couples looking for a sense of hope for peace in the following:
- Grief
- Anger
- Anxiety
- Identity
- Depression
- Relationships
- Life adjustments
In 2015, Emiko completed the Morton Deutsch-International Center for Conflict and Cooperation at Teachers College, Columbia University while also pursuing her MA in Marriage & Family Therapy in Northcentral University’s California Licensure track. During which, she apprenticed with the New York Peace Institute as a volunteer mediator.
In 2016, Emiko began her clinical training at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the world’s largest community health center serving the LGBTQ community, where she continues her clinical training while also starting with Sync Counseling Center in Sierra Madre, CA.
Originally from Portland, OR, where she received her BS in Biblical Theology, she is a lover of rain and all things natural.
