Lora L. Lebo, MHRM, PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has more than twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources, earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Stockton University, and her Master of Human Resource Management from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University.  Lora also obtained her EO Investigation certificate from Cornell University and spent many years of her career conducting sexual harassment, discrimination, and fairness and equity investigations.  Lora holds her Senior Professional of Human Resources designation through HRCI and her Certified Senior Professional designation through the Society for Human Resource Management.

In addition, Lora is a graduate of the University of Miami, attaining her Certified Professional Coach designation.  Following her graduation, Lora earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, making her one of fewer than 100 coaches in Pennsylvania to hold these credentials, with a small fraction of those located in the Central Pennsylvania region.

Lora is very active in the community of Lebanon, serving on the Community of Lebanon Association Board of Directors, the I.U. 13 Joint Authority Board, teaches Business Studies at Harrisburg Area Community College, Lebanon Campus, and also teaches Meditation at the Lebanon Valley YMCA.
