Sheila believes that in times of hardship and pain, people need a safe place where they can be honest and share who they are while being listened to and encouraged. They need a non-judgmental person that will help them gain clarity and insight into their situations while equipping them with skills to overcome their challenges. It is her mission to cultivate a trusted environment where clients feel safe to be themselves while they are on the journey of healing.

Sheila demonstrates compassion and uses evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help her clients accomplish their personal goals. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I), and faith-based models. Sheila’s professional focus is working with individuals and adolescents.
