I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 10 years.  I work with all ages, and specialize in trauma and grief counseling. I also work with couples and families who are looking to improve parenting skills and communication. Additionally, I assist clients who are suffering from symptoms of anxiety and depression and problem solve how to best manage those symptoms and cope with the stresses of every day life.
