My approach is multidisciplinary, supportive and very interactive. Clients are able to achieve their goals and find new perspective through self-exploration and a deeper connection to the Self. Blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I weave in aspects of mindfulness and look at the mind-body connection.
