I am a sports psychology consultant and clinical social worker currently based in the Los Angeles area. I work with equestrian athletes from a variety of disciplines including dressage, eventing, show jumping, driving and cutting. My involvement in cycling has exposed me to cyclists and triathletes, and I have worked extensively with these and other endurance athletes as well as soccer players, tennis players and martial artists.

I have been studying and practicing psychotherapy for the last 15 years. As graduate of USC, I have been trained in psychodynamic work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and hypnosis. I am a Certified Gottman couples therapist.
