I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in online psychotherapy for adults. For almost twenty years, I have been part of the behavioral and mental health field. As a private practitioner, I have helped a number of clients facing challenges with abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, and grief, as well as a wide range of other mental health disorders. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. My therapeutic philosophy is one of compassion and collaboration in order for clients to achieve their own goals.
