After 12 years as VP of Operations for a successful commercial real estate development and management company in Alberta and British Columbia, and five years at IBM, Jamie Davidoff was attracted to the profession of coaching because of the way in which it contributes to the development and growth of people and, secondarily, the growth and results of the systems in which they are involved.

Jamie earned her Commerce degree from UBC, is a CoachU and a Corporate CoachU graduate, and has been the Secretary for the ICF (International Coach Federation) Calgary Chapter for 2015. In addition, she is trained in Organization and Relationship Systems coaching, The Daring Way™, and Health & Wellness coaching. She has also been active as a member of the ICF Credentialing Sub-Committee, and ICF Ethics & Standards Committee. Since 2002, Jamie has coached business owners, leaders, and individuals to develop new skills, learn and grow professionally, and move progressively toward their vision and aspirations.  More recently, she has focused on supporting people to create people and customer-centric cultures.
