Offer a weekly group for women and men, age range, mid 40’s — mid 70’s, for people dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, and interpersonal issues, often secondary to early and/or subsequent history of trauma and abuse.  Sessions are one and a half hours. Members often have been or are currently in individual therapy and are highly motivated. Individual phone and in person assessment required prior to joining the group.

Accept Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net/MHN, Magellan/Blue Shield/ Beacon, as well as self-pay. Full fee is $35/session with a sliding fee available.
