I am a Personal and Executive Coach. Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client that supports the achievement of extraordinary results, based on goals set by the client. Through the process of coaching, individuals focus on the skills and actions needed to successfully produce their personally relevant results. I want to work with everyone however my background includes non-profit work, small business creation and operation and over 30 years in the sign language interpreting field.

My goal as a coach is to help you succeed in your endeavors by holding you as naturally creative, resourceful and whole. You ARE capable of finding the answers to whatever challenges you face. I simply act as a guide by asking powerful questions, challenging you, listening, and empowering you to make those big decisions.
