I work with the body, mind and spirit and bring hope, love and a deep curiosity to each encounter. I work with adolescents through seniors to heal and transform suffering and revive aliveness. I honor our deep human need for connection, understanding and joy by being fully present with whatever arises in the present moment.

I believe that our bodies know what is needed for healing, integration and transformation. My somatically informed approach is to notice and attend to those natural instincts, allowing what is needed to come to awareness.
