Caitlyn Sorich, MFTI
I enjoy working with couples, families, individuals – including adolescents to adults. I enjoy working with a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, ptsd, dual diagnosis, addiction, blended families, abuse, trauma… to name a few. My practice is highly personalized. I want to understand YOU and the variables in your life, so we can together figure out how to gain skills to help better and thrive your life. I use an eclectic approach that is personally tailored to you.
I want you to walk out of sessions feeling understood, supported, and a plan to handle a difficult situation. I create a comfortable and secure place for you to become vulnerable and open in your therapy while also making progress towards your goals and changes you would like to transpire.
I believe in a straightforward approach that is combined with empathy, understanding and humor. I want to work with you to determine your goals, identify your strengths, and help you accomplish your goals.
