As a SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentialed Human Resources Professional, I have coached managers and employees over my 20+ year career.  I enjoy helping people live up to their full potential; achieve greater and chart a course toward living their best lives… on and with purpose!

I still maintain my skills in Human Resources and consult with small and large businesses to provide group and individual coaching; HR policy and procedure development; employee handbooks; training; internal investigations; legal compliance; and benefit administration.  Additionally, I facilitate workshops, teach bible and line dance classes! ?
