I am registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT#86687.

I am a wife and mother of two. Before becoming a therapist I was a competitive hunter/jumper equestrian. In addition to my private practice, I have experience working with individuals battling substance abuse, schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder and psychosis in the partially hospitalized/outpatient psychiatric treatment facility at Mission Community Hospital in Panorama City; as well as an on-site Resource Associate supervisor and support to the Teen Listeners at Teen Line, a confidential helpline for teenage callers based out of Cedar-Sinai Medical Center.

My therapeutic orientation is based in Adlerian Theory, but I am mindful of differences and borrow from many different techniques: Postmodern, Cognitive behavior, Gestalt and Person-centered therapy. We are all unique and I believe in a therapeutic approach that is tailored to the individual.
