Soraya Susan Behbehani

Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience in individual, family and couple’s counseling. My expertise is in anxiety disorders, stress management and depression. My background is very diverse and multi-cultural and I conduct therapy in Spanish, Farsi and French, aside from English. In therapy I combine Cognitive Therapy with a Spiritual perspective along with Stress Management and mindfulness techniques to help individuals grow and attain their full potential. My unique and comprehensive orientation combining Eastern Spiritual Wisdom with Traditional Psychotherapy speeds up the therapeutic process and helps clients to create changes at a much deeper level.

Our office also provides neurofeedback technology to improve brain function. It is also powerful means for improving behavior and relieving symptoms and an alternate treatment for less verbal clients. Best support intervention for ADHD & fibromyalgia, chronic headaches and other problems and conditions not easily treated by other modalities.
